Roof Replacement
Full tear-off and re-roof with premium architectural shingles, built to shed Western PA weather for decades.
When repairs no longer make sense, a full replacement is the smart long-term move. We tear off the old roof down to the deck, check for hidden rot or damage, and rebuild with quality underlayment and architectural shingles rated for the weather we get here.
Every replacement is handled by the same local crew start to finish. Before we begin, we lay down full tarp coverage to protect your landscaping, sidewalks and gardens from debris. We keep the site clean throughout and walk the property with a magnet for stray nails before we leave - then back the work with a solid warranty.

Common roof replacement questions
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes are torn off, re-decked where needed, and fully shingled in one to three days. Weather is the main variable — we do not open more roof than we can dry-in the same day, so your home is never left exposed overnight.
How do I know if I need a full replacement instead of a repair?
Age is the biggest factor. If your shingles are past about 20 years and you are seeing widespread curling, granule loss, or leaks in more than one spot, replacement is usually the better investment. If the damage is isolated to one area on an otherwise healthy roof, we will tell you a repair is enough.
Do you replace the decking under the shingles?
We inspect every sheet of decking after tear-off and replace anything soft, delaminated, or rotted before the new roof goes on. You only pay for the sheets that actually need replacing — we walk you through photos of what we found before doing the work.
What goes on the roof besides shingles?
A full system: ice and water shield along the eaves and valleys for freeze-thaw protection, synthetic underlayment over the field, new drip edge, pipe boots, and ridge venting matched to your attic airflow. Skipping these is how a new roof fails early.
